Relaxation of Containment Plan

I take care of myself, I take care of others, I take care of Imagine.

Imagine is rolling out its Activity Continuity Plan (PPA). This plan must evolve as much as the situation related to the pandemic, and in line with the evolution of government reflections and instructions, as well as those of our supervisory authorities. Find on this page all the useful information relating to the PPA.

Relaxation of Containment Plan Charter

In the relaxation of lock-down period then reconfinement period, out of collective and individual responsibility, Imagine has implemented a charter based on 4 guiding principles:

  • Safety, for everyone, at all times
  • Continuity of research work, by defining priorities
  • Compliance with government, university and research institution guidelines, in coordination with our hospital campus.
  • Progressiveness and adaptation

We asked you to review, accept and sign this charter* before you return to Imagine.

See the Charter (RCP phases 1 and 2, May 11- June 22nd)

All about PPA

The resumption of activity at Imagine is gradual

Every effort has been made to ensure that the resumption of activity is based on your safety, in particular by widening time slots and rotating attendance when necessary, in addition to physical distancing and barrier gestures.

Imagine has also reviewed its procedures and set up the logistics essential for your return: building up a stock of masks for the general public, purchasing and making hydro-alcoholic gel available in strategic locations, safety and cleaning instructions specific to the different spaces, reconditioning certain equipment and premises, such as L2s.

Safety, continuity and scientific priorities, compliance and consultation with the supervisory authorities, and progressiveness are the four principles that have guided our anticipation and adaptation to a situation of unprecedented gravity.

Reinforced safety instructions

Imagine has put in place additional health protection guidelines to ensure everyone’s safety. Good risk management is based on individual responsibility and the rigour of everyone.
Please ensure strict compliance with the health protection instructions necessary for everyone’s safety and to which the Relaxation of Containment Plan charter you have signed refers.

At Imagine, beyond the barrier gestures and general health and safety instructions, I respect:

  • Traffic flows established in the Institute and markings on the ground.
  • A distance of at least 2m without wearing the mask during meals and coffee breaks, 1m with wearing the mask
  • Wearing a surgical mask in all collective, circulation, shared offices, rooms and spaces.
  • Specific instructions for collective spaces and equipment (7th floor, meeting rooms, kitchens, relaxation areas, sanitary facilities, printers, etc.).
  • Specific instructions for shared offices, L1, L2, L3.
